How to File a Copyright Infringement Notice

How We Process Notices
Upon receiving a complete notice of claimed infringement, we will:
- Remove the allegedly infringing content or disable access to it promptly.
- Forward a copy of the notice to the user who posted the content.
- Respond to your notice as soon as reasonably possible.
Counter-Notification
If your content was removed in error, or you believe it does not infringe your copyright, you may send a counter-notification to [email protected] that includes: your signature; identification of the removed content and its prior location on our website; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, and telephone number. We may restore the removed content within a reasonable period unless the copyright owner files a court action.

You understand that, under applicable law, any misrepresentation in a notice of claimed infringement may subject you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
